These processes are part of the Platform’s technology and do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, assignment, booking, employment relationship, agency relationship, or service agreement.

Independent service providers may use customer information obtained through the Platform only for the purpose of evaluating, responding to, communicating about, quoting, scheduling, or performing the specific customer request for which the information was made available.
Providers may not sell, resell, share, transfer, publish, scrape, copy, store for unrelated purposes, or use customer information for unrelated marketing, solicitation, spam, lead resale, data brokerage, or any purpose not authorized by our Terms of Use, provider terms, this Policy, or applicable law.
Providers are responsible for protecting customer information and complying with all privacy, data protection, consumer protection, communications, advertising, and industry-specific laws applicable to their use of customer information.
8. Service Providers and Vendors
We may use third-party vendors and service providers to operate the Platform and our business. We do not currently use telephone calls or SMS messages for promotional marketing. Operational text messages may be sent when reasonably necessary in connection with a booking, support request, account, or Platform activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You may reply STOP to discontinue applicable text messages, although we may still contact you through other channels when reasonably necessary to provide support, address security issues, comply with law, or respond to your request.
11. Payment Information
Customers generally pay service providers directly for services performed, and InOut Move does not collect payment from customers for those provider services.
Approved providers may pay InOut Move for access to customer opportunities or other paid Platform features. These transactions may be managed through third-party checkout and payment-processing services.
InOut Move does not store complete payment card numbers or card security codes. Payment processors may provide limited transaction information, such as the payer’s name, billing contact information, transaction amount, payment status, payment method type, card brand, last four digits, transaction identifiers, refunds, credits, disputes, or chargeback information.
We use payment-related information to complete transactions, provide access to paid Platform features, maintain business and accounting records, prevent fraud, process refunds or credits where applicable, respond to disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
